Sun Yom is an inspirational spiritual teacher and speaker, somatic healer and a meditation teacher with over 20 years of experience and 10,000 hours of meditation practice. Her wisdom has touched lives globally, from Costa Rica to Mexico, Thailand and beyond. She has worked with students from all corners of the world—including Japan, Norway, and the San Francisco Bay Area. Sun’s heart-centered teachings continue to inspire and empower individuals who have journeyed with her for over a decade, with some students returning for as long as 13 years.
Sun is the founder of the Sun Process, a transformative methodology designed to help individuals live authentically and with deep presence. Through her direct experience of enlightenment, Sun discovered three core elements for living a fulfilled life:
1. Presence – The power of being fully present in the moment
2. Authenticity and Right Action – Living true to your inner self
3. Love and Trust – The deep connection to yourself and others
To help others cultivate these elements, Sun created the Sun Process, which is based on three key pillars:
1. Meditation – Living in the freedom of the now and to learn discipline
2. The Spectrum of Love – Embracing all aspects of love
3. Somatic Healing/Joy Activation – Reconnecting with the body to heal and transform.
