3x3 Techniques

3x3 techniques help you increase your joy in life. You will be more grateful for life, have more meaning and be inspired by who you are and who you want to be. Starting with an “I am” statement, you say, “I am grateful for (fill in the blanks). You say 3 things that you are grateful for.

It is important that you resonate and feel that gratefulness in your body. Then you repeat with 3 statements that say, “What’s meaningful to me is (my partner)”. Then you repeat with 3 statements that start with “I am” that inspire you, or inspire you to be who you want to be, for example, “I am a successful artist.” It’s important to add the time to do this exercise with something you do every day.

Maybe you want to go to sleep 10 minutes early so do these in bed. Or you may do them first thing in the morning. It’s helpful to have a 3x3 buddy, similar to a gym buddy.

You will definitely feel a difference after a week of doing them. But I challenge you to do them for 30 days and see what a wonderful difference this simple exercise makes.
