“Sun created such a safe place for me. She made me feel free and open to the point where I knew I could completely trust her. By observing the answers I gave to questions she asked me in our first session, she was able to decipher exactly what I needed to unblock what was holding me back.

For years I had been toiling around making little adjustments, bite sized changes in behavior, with much difficulty and minor meaningful/quantifiable results. This snail paced path I was on, which Sun calls trimming the tree, has finally come to an end and I couldn't be more grateful. Sun had the ability to go right to the root of what was keeping me stuck, meet me where I was, and literally unblocked and reprogrammed me from repeating old patterns that were incessantly sabotaging me.

I can't get into details since it's quite personal but her method of somatic healing, accessing the subconscious, specific affirmation modalities geared to me, combined with her hybrid tapping technique freed me from decades of unskillful patterns of behavior that I absolutely could not stop on my own. I think in part it is her nature, but it also a testament to her practice, that she lives her words every day, and is a role model for the kind of happy, abundant, prosperous life that most people would like to achieve. Also just being around her is often enough to end up smiling :)

Don't get me wrong though, while she naturally is all smiles and positivity, if something is really necessary or important, she can also be tenacious, and clear that it needs to be done, and is serious. At least until it has been done, at which point she is immediately smiles again.

I am grateful to have met Sun, and I am definitely better off today than I was before I decided to take charge of creating a better life for myself, which she was a big help in shaping.

"Sun is something else. She has energy that you don't meet everyday. Her communication skills combined with physical techniques (quite unique) make her very good at what she does.

Basically she spend time with you, listening carefully, 'feeling you'. After identifying things that may make you less happy, she approach it with one of her tools. It worked for me.

She is amazing, and really helped me remember to observe, and take good care of myself from within :)"
